Laptop

Parizsban vettunk egy laptopot es eddig nagyon jol szolgalt. De a hirek szerint Del-Amerikaban mar nem biztonsagos magunkkal hordani, ezert megprobaltuk eladni Uj-Zelandon.
Minden ilyen projekt nemi informacioszerzessel kezdodik. Abszolut egybehangzoan egy portalt ajanlottak, ahol szamitogepeken kivul mindenfele dolog gazdat cserel. A regisztracio egyszeru volt, csak 10 dollart kellett befizetni es mar fent is volt a hirdetes. Egeszen pontosan aukcio, ahol licitalni lehet es a legmagasabb ar lesz a nyertes. Persze meg lehet adni, hogy mi a minimum ar, ami alatt nincs uzlet.
Elso heten ugy 200 dollarral elmaradt a legmagasabb licit attol, amit megadtuk. De mivel mas lehetoseg nem volt, igy feltettem ujra, az elozoleg legmagasabb 640 NZDert, remelve, hogy valakinek szemelyesen leszallithatom a 10 napos korutazas alatt.
Es akkor jott a meglepetes, valaki felment egeszen 2800 dollarig! Ket felhasznalo egymasra licitalt, de egyik sem kereskedett meg senkivel, ezt hivjak ugy, hogy "szellem licit". Azert irtam egy mailt, hogymiazmi es kaptam is valaszt, hogy kuldhetem azonnal a gepet Nigeriaba, mert mar var ra egy pap :) Ha megadom a szamlaszamom, akkor utalnak, ez nagyon biztonsagos lesz nekem.
Kozben a portal ramvert 100 dollar sikerdijat, ami tenyleg le volt irva a kisbetusben, de hat azt a fene se olvasta el. Huha, telefon, net, para.
Adtam egy negativ visszajelzest a vevomre es kertem, hogy engedjek el a sikerdijat, mert ez egy kamu csavo. Vissza is irtak, hogy nem biztonsagos az ember, elnezest, es 100 dolcsi storno.
Fel ora mulva jott egy masik email, hogy az ember feltoltotte a szamlajat 3500 dollarral es ha nem fizetne, akkor arrol kiegyenlitik az ugyletet. Nu, ezen rendesen felhuztam magam, mert nem akarok Chilebol Nigeriaba postazni egy laptopot es egyaltalan. Talan meg fel oraig tartott, mire rajottem, hogy a masodik level emailcime nem stimmel, bar a design azonos, ezt mashonnan kuldtek es orbitalis atveres.
Nem volt kellemes elmeny es persze a laptop is megvan meg, ami egyszerre jo es rossz is. De ezentul kicsit ovatosabb leszek a neten, mert tul nagy bizalmam van a rendszerekben :) Es tenyleg, itt is csak az emberi tenyezo rontotta el a dolgokat...

We decided to sell our laptop in New Zealand to save ourselves from travelling around in South America with such a valuable thing. The second hand market is basically one website: trademe.co.nz. The first week the highest bid was still under the reserve price so the laptop remained unsold. Next week I have put the price down hoping that we can deliver the laptop personally during our roadtrip. Eventually, it was sold for $2800. Two guys kept on bidding, this is called ghost bidding. I wrote a mail to give a chance and my buyer replied that I should post the computer to Nigeria because a pastor is waiting for it, lol. Soon after I have realized that the portal charged me a $100 success fee. Obviously I didn't want to pay it since the business was not successful.
Anyways, later I have placed a negative feedback on my buyer and shortly after I got a mail that it is not save to trade with him and the fee will be refunded. OK, case closed.
Almost. In about 30 minutes another mail has arrived saying that the guy has been confirmed and now I am obliged to complete the transaction with him. Shit, but I do not want to! It took me about another half an hour to realize that the email addresses are different and that this is bullshit. This whole thing was a rather bad experience but made me aware of that I trust these systems too much. And there are people in the world who do abuse them.
