Salar de Uyuni

A sohotelben vegre rendesen tudtunk aludni, igaz eleg rovidre sikerult az ejszaka. Kora hajnalban, dogsotetben, dobaltuk fel a cuccainkat a 4x4 tetejere es irany a sosivatag, hogy elkapjuk napfelkeltet. Megerte, mert hasonlo latvanyban meg sohasem volt reszunk.
A Salar de Uyuni, korabban tenger, ma vilag legnagyobb sosivataga, 12 ezer negyzetkilometer hofeher so. Helyenkent par centimeteres vizreteg boritja, amin reggel a napfelkelte, napkozben a taj es a felhok tukrozodtek. Azthiszem ez volt a legszebb napfelkelte, amit valaha is lattam, pedig volt belole par.
Mikor mar kellokeppen szetfagytunk, nekivagtunk a sivatagnak, hogy eljussunk egy kaktusz szigethez. A kaktuszoknal is nagyobb meglepetes volt a frissen sutott palacsinta es a forro kave, amit Teo (a turavezetonk) es felesege teremtettek elo a semmi kozepen.
A kaktuszokrol - Isla de los Pescadores - legyen eleg annyi, hogy nemelyikuk tobb mint ezer eves, olykor 12 meter magas, es az egesz sziget tele volt veluk. Az egesz latvany kicsit tavolt allt a valosagtol. Egyreszt ezzel a szigettel meg a kaktuszokkal, masreszt meg mindez a nagy feher semmiben. Folyton emlekeztetni kellett magunkat, hogy mindez so es nem ho meg jeg.

Finally, we had a good but short sleep in the salt hotel. We dropped our stuff in the 4x4 and we head to the Salar (salt desert) to catch the sunrise. It was worth to get up so early, cos we never had a view like this before. Total whiteness around us, and the salt works like a mirror because of the water layer on its top. Reflecting the sun rise, and all the clouds during the day. It´s amazing. From here we went to Isla de los Pescadores, a cactus island in the middle of this salt desert. Some of these plants are more than thousand years old, and they can reach up to 12 meters. Another surprising thing was the breakfast. Don´t know how, but our guides managed to give us fresh pancakes and coffee.
From here we had a quite long jurney to Uyuni, our first bolivian destination.
